I love the hot glow classes taught by Katey. I love that she always leaves me with something to ponder our inspire new thoughts and growth within. I love the practice and flows. I also love the new locker rooms and cleanliness! Shout out to the housekeepers there!

I thought the experience was great from the first minute walking in to the last minute leaving. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Instructor for the yoga class was nice.
