I really enjoyed my virtual class with Star. Actually, far more than I thought I would, now wondering why I didn’t start taking them sooner. :). Katey tomorrow:)
As I approach 70, Nothing helps me more in maintaining my health, strength, and flexibility than yoga classes at Anchorage Yoga.
Be abuse AY is doing their best in our current life situation. I dearly love the virtual classes, if these were not available I would have had to cancel my membership.
I'm just really grateful that you all are still open and doing virtual classes. When everything is really getting me down, it has been such a gift to still be in classes with Crista, Katey, Star, and Leah . I feel that sense of community even if I can't be in the studio.
