As always, class came down perfectly. The teachers are knowledgeable and caring. The facilities are clean, organized and have all the props one needs. Small little gripe though. On occasion, the online reservation system gets "reset". While I am glad to be able to attend a live class in any place in the classroom, I vastly prefer on the right and towards the front because I am left eyed dominant and hard of hearing. I am so pleased that one of you showed me the app that allows me to reserve a spot. The last time the reservations were deleted (probably because you had to go from 11 places to 6), I didn't know that because I don't check after I make a reservation. So, by the time I went on line, all the places were reserved. It would have been nice if the people affect by this were notified (text or email) so they could re-sign up. If that is too painful, maybe a blanket notification to everyone would work. Stuff happens, who knows, maybe next time it'll be a server crash. Be nice to know so I can redo my reservation.
