I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed yoga on Zoom!
I have practiced with Sara for years. I love her new music class. I also love taking classes with Star, Holli and Nafisa. I have been practicing yoga for 20 years, but I have only been at AYC for 3.5 years. I am so happy I found this studio.
