I really needed that nurturing and welcoming energy and I felt it the minute I walked through the doors. What a beautiful entryway. Tara was lovely and the class was paced perfectly - I so appreciated her authenticity and the way she made us feel comfortable to do what felt right for our bodies.

The Slow Flow class was just enough of a challenge for me. I knew I was working my muscles, but not overworking them!
I so appreciated the calm atmosphere that the instructor maintained, along with the lights and the music. The temperature in the room was perfect, too.
