Amador yoga has been a refuge for my soul. I've struggled with mental health challenges all my life, yoga brings me to a place of peace, calm and clarity. Bianca is a phenomenal teacher and a beautiful soul. Lydia is amazing, kind and just seeing her when I show up sets the stage for an amazing experience on my mat. The space is beautiful and serene, I couldn't ask for a better atmosphere to heal and nurture my mind, body and spirit 💛🌼
