The teachers are amazing! They’re friendly, very knowledgeable & helpful in adjusting postures to meet individual needs. The studio creates community for so many of us. We are blessed!

The atmosphere was great. Yoga instructor was warm, welcoming and fun. Folks in the class were fun and accepting.
