I felt welcomed at Amador Yoga. The class was the perfect size and I enjoyed the flow that Lydia led us through. It's nice to have such a wonderful yoga community right in town. Thank you!
The instructor was very skilled and chose the right motivating words. It was overall a great experience physically and mentally.

Because ken was a good laid back instructor and the positions were very doable for a first time class or someone trying to get back into yoga after a long time, like me :)

Loved the instructor, enjoyed the class as I'm just getting into yoga & I have some recent physical limitations/injuries, so it was gentle (as the name of class is)
Attendees were very pleasant to be around AND liked that it was fully vaxxed class.

Everything about the experience was was superb! The instructor wasknowledgeable and relaxing. It was a great mix of humans and animals💜
