Amador Yoga

I love this place! It really is an "Om away from home".
Shannon, the owner, is wonderfully attentive and in tune with this community. Her studio provides a place of peace and well being, joy and loads of fun. There's special events all of the time, like the one coming up for Sound Healing. The Tahoe retreat is amazing, and the local events are a blast as well. There's often yin or glow flow events at the local vineyard, among other things like hiking/yoga and fundraisers.

The studio is always clean, with cubbies and extra mats if needed, blocks and straps, as well as towels to use. The store section of the studio has great items for sale, a lot of which are from local artisans and crafts people. While the space is not as big as some found in the city, it's professionally presented and classes are often full. There's such a variety of classes here, something even the big city studios lack. I've taken Ashtanga, Kundalini, Acro, Power Vinyasa, Slow Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha, all within this one space. Guest teachers are often brought in for wonderful workshops as well.

I've learned a ton from all of the teachers there, they've helped me grow in my practice and achieve new poses, more presence in my life and more belief in myself. I'm always excited to show up here.

I attended the Saturday morning class. It was a wonderfully calm environment and the instructor was friendly and knowledgeable, she helped me complete a pose I struggled with. The class exceeded my expectations and was a beautiful start to my morning. It was really sweet of the instructor to come up to me after to see how I was and how I felt. That was so special. I am looking forward to taking other classes alongside this one.

Yoga with Bianca! Amazing! I always walk out feeling calm, relaxed and stronger in my body.

The instructor Bianca is welcoming, patient and attentive to all individual needs. The class is relaxing, fun and physically just right for me. The studio has the best ambience for yoga practice. I will be back for more zen feelings for sure!

Absolutely wonderful instructors (especially the owner Bianca) and they're all extremely accommodating to everyone's level of practice. The variety of classes offered is fantastic and the unlimited membership is the best value for the cost!

I loved Hannah's vibe and teaching method. Made me feel instantly relaxed and made it super easy to let go of the stresses I had going on in that moment. It made me wish I could go take that class every single day! Definitely would recommend her to everyone!
