The instructor listened to her students focused the lesson. Modeled where necessary and dealt with very diverse skill levels.
Amador yoga is a great studio. They welcome all levels of yoga students with open arms. The classes are small which means you get more attention from the instructors.
It's a clean studio with a great vibe.
