Amador Yoga is a great studio.
All of the instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful, be it your first time or you're an accomplished student.

Bianca is the best yoga instructor I have ever been to. Her voice is so soothing and she can work the room with reaching the many ability levels by suggesting modifications for more or less support as needed. She is in tune with each of her clients offering the best individualized coaching in a group setting.
