01/02:The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The facilities are always spotless. They never leave your side during the cyro sessions. I've personally02/02:over come knee pain while running due to cyro.

I woke up this morning feeling pretty freaking amazing!! Just a little recap.. 2 weeks ago I lifted some heavy ass weight and severely hurt my lower back specifically in my Lumbar area and then going to physical therapy after numerous tests have been ran. Sciatic nerve damage on my left side shooting down my leg, not the first time I've experienced pain like this. 2 days ago I sprained my ankle 😂😂😂 And yes this is all 1 week before the obstacle course racing World Championships in Canada lol Today is the first day I woke up and forgot I had any injuries. Mind you I'm not preaching for cryoherapy nor do I have any stock in anyone's company nor will it benefit me in any way to promote this lol (beside the fact that I might help someone, which is always my goal) I love to educate myself and I stumbled across cryotherapy because I've been studying inflammation and how terrible it really is from the food you eat to the pains you have every day. Cryotherapy is a go and gets a thumbs up from me 👍👍👍🙏🙌💯🏃
