My experience was seamless and very pleasant. Everyone I met was very friendly and made me feel at ease since it was my first time. The cryotherapy itself was fun to experience and gave me an insane amount of energy. The price is Assisi reasonable which is nice so I will certainly be back again!

I've been to many cyrothearpy & sauna spots in NYC, and Vitality NYC was the best. To start the staff was extremely welcoming and made sure to answer any and all questions we had. The facility is large & very clean, which is always appreciated. I visited Vitality on negative degree day, and the staff let us take our time in the sauna to ensure we were extra warm outside! I'm definitely going to Vitality again, and I've already recommended my friends!

This is my second time seeing Brittney for a colonic. She makes this as comfortable as possible given the scenario. It really has changed how I feel completely. Completely reset my digestion. I would highly recommend getting a colonic if you are looking for a body reset!
