For lack of better terms, this shit was crazy.

Did Colon Hyrdrotherapy with Tom Devito. Holy moly. It was my first colonic and he was so kind and patient with me. Really put me at ease. Not only did he render the service but afterwards gave me really great advice about my weight loss journey and eating habits. A gem in the city and I will be returning !

Vitality NYC was such a great experience. When I went in, it was for the Cryo. The guy who helped me throughout my experience was amazing! I never felt nervous and he made me feel very comfortable.

Yes, it's freezing. It's COLD COLD COLD. But I felt pretty good after. The three minutes went by rather quickly. I did have more range of motion and I did run a bit cooler which is nice in the summer weather.

Why 4 as opposed to 5 stars? They also have infrared therapy. It would have been cool if they offered 15 min in the infrared sauna as well. I think that would have given them an edge. But in New York you have to pay for EVERYTHING. I get it, won't knock the hustle.

Disclaimer...none of the staff ever said anything of the sort to me. This is my opinion based on my body 24 hours after my 1st session.

This is going to save my life! My body is bundle of small pockets of pain. I have a pinched nerve, plantar fasciitis, knee pain, extremely tight IT bands, tight hamstrings, my right calf muscle is rock hard (from the plantar), right foot pain and some tummy troubles... working out is not even an option because it just hurts to bad during the workout. I want to get back to working out and join a run club. With my pain it's impossible.

I've learned to live with most of the pain but why! It's not healthy. I'm not happy. It's affecting my mental state and my ability to sleep properly. Of course I've been to every doctor and basically have been told it's just the aging process. Our bodies just become sore. "Do you want some pain meds"..."We can set you up on a pain regimen"....NO NO NO

So enter cryotherapy... in particular Vitality NYC. I had been following the owner on Snapchat. I found his post about his fruit based diet. I watched Vitality being built and after researching the benefits of cryotherapy I promised myself to give it a try. I did and I feel amazing!

I could only last 2 mins of the 3 minute session. I will do better next session. Immediately following I felt euphoric sensation. Like my whole body was a york peppermint patty. No, my pain is not 100% gone but I definitely feel better overall, less tighten in the whole body, my pinched nerve in particular feels at least 50% better. This is going to be something I do on a consistent basis. Looking forward to the improvement over time.

All I can say is try it.

The facility itself is my kind of place, clean and quiet. I was the first appointment on a Friday morning. Not sure what it's like on the weekend. There is only one cryotherapy machine. Everyone was great to me. See you soon! Really soon. Like Monday!

Tom is personable and truly lived up to his reputation. Great therapist, cannot wait to return.

Mike Perrine is an extremely experienced and amazing colonic therapist!! Truly the best of the best. I've had a lot of treatments over the past eight years, and he is definitely at the top of my list of people I trust. You MUST see him for a treatment- you will feel amazing afterwards! Even if it's your first time, he will make you feel more than comfortable and drop some serious knowledge during the treatment that most people pay an extra $150/hr for. If you're looking for someone to help take you to the next level of health, he's your guy. Sooo glad he opened up this space. All of the therapist there are very well trained and truly the best of the best!

And the cryotherapy!!! So amazing. I go once a week and it's changed my life. Definitely worth trying out and making part of your health routine. Especially for athletes or people experiencing back/neck/joint/muscle pain. But honesty there are so many other benefits, everyone should try it. Even if you don't like the cold! It's really not bad once you mentally prepare for it. And Steph is amazing at walking you through the whole process and making you feel comfortable, especially if it's your first time!

This place is very special. Super clean, well cared for, wonderful people, and the perfect health/detox haven that's necessary in the middle of a chaotic city. :) Good vibes all around, 5+ stars!

I had an amazing and very calming experience for my first time doing Colon Hydrotherapy! Marie H. did my procedure and made the process very comfortable for me! Since it was my first time I was extremely nervous and anything involving that area sometimes feels shameful but she was very knowledgeable and assured me that I had nothing to worry about or to be ashamed of. Also the venue is very clean and accommodating. I would definitely come back again!

Only advice- there should be a policy that when customers are waiting for their service, they should be not allowed to talk. I was trying to enjoy my Infrared Sauna session and a customer was speaking to the front desk employee the ENTIRE 50 minutes.

Will try to come back for other services!

My first time doing cyrotherapy through Classpass. The guy at the front desk was very informative and made me feel comfortable for my first visit. I got changed into the robe, socks, and shoes they provided and he took my blood pressure and I was ready to go into the frozen chamber. The guy talked to me throughout the 3 mins but honestly at the last minute it was so numbing I couldn't really concentrate on what he was saying. I'm glad I lasted the whole 3 mins and he took my body temperature after and I went from 99 to 46 pretty crazy! Overall, I'd say it's great to try & a fun experience but I probably won't feel any significant changes unless I do more sessions.

Two weekends of terrible eating brought me here grumpy, backed up and nervous for my first colonic. Not knowing what to expect, the treatment was excellent. I could feel myself easing back to normal at every step of the process. I left energized, light and upbeat!

I cannot recommend Sara enough. She is warm, informative and has a calming bedside manner. It's clear she knows what she's doing and loves it, too!

The treatment rooms and equipment are super clean, the space is relaxing and I'd certainly return!

Loved it here! Cryotherapy has been a lifesaver for me, but my favorite place is very far (and just moved farther). The staff here are friendly and professional. Most importantly, they strictly adhere to safety guidelines I haven't seen at other places. It's also a nice space, very relaxing environment. Thankfully, they charge significantly less than most places I've seen in the city. I'll definitely be back!
