I felt better as soon as I left; my body feels almost “reset”, it also made my yoga session more enjoyable. I understand why this is used in Japan to treat some forms of depression. I’ve already told my friends about it, and I will be back regularly.

Michael and the staff at Vitality were kind, attentive and extremely knowledgable. For a first time newbie to colonics (colon hydrotherapy) I was excited to try it out, but didn't quite know what to expect. Michael made sure to put me at ease and answer all of my questions before, during, and after the procedure. As a physically active person and healthy eater, I wasn't expecting to release as much as I did...but boy was I wrong! I feel so much lighter and even think I went down an inch or two on my waist. I'll definitely be back at Vitality!

Cryotherapy first-timer😬 It was super cold (as expected), but a really amazing experience! I loved pushing my body to the limit, and I felt energized for the rest of the day. The place is beautiful, super clean, and everything is perfectly organized to the finest detail. Meeting Mike was the best part. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and walks you through everything. He’s professional but super friendly, and clearly enjoys what he does. As someone who enjoys attention to detail and exquisite service, I have to give this place the highest ranking. Can’t wait to go back!!!😀

I go at least once a week for cryo. This therapy saved me from the pain of my arthritis. I’m amazed all the time by how well it works. I’m a customer for life. And Nick just makes the entire experience so pleasant with fun conversations and great background info on cryo.

I was a bit anxious being the first time for a colonic. But the entire staff was very welcoming and put me at ease. Tommy was my therapist and what a wonderful guy. He explained the process and made it a very comfortable atmosphere. We chatted during the procedure. He is full of helpful information to better your life and well being. I will definitely return.
