I had a colon hydrotherapy done for the first time with Brittney this week. She made me feel so comfortable and clearly explained all the benefits of getting it done! I felt amazing a few hours after and the next day I woke up feeling very light! Loved the vibe in Vitality! Super clean & zen! Highly recommend Vitality NYC to anyone looking for a hydro cleanse. Wellah explained every step of the process making you feel comfortable the entire time. It was my first time and I felt no pain during the cleanse and helped alleviate the fatigue and bloating I was previously experiencing.

I am a World Champion powerlifter with a laundry list of aches and pains from 24 years of heavy lifting and was told cryotherapy was the way to go! I was scared at first but all my fears and questions were addressed and the 3 minutes went by in a flash! I felt great immediately afterwards and am looking forward even more to the long term effects!
