I had a great experience. You change into a nice robe, cotton socks, and soft slippers in your own changing room (where you keep your clothes). I liked how you can approximate how many calories burned by the difference of the temperature of your body before and after the cryotherapy. They have a mini trampoline that you can use to warm up afterwards (which was really fun to use). There was no rush to leave which I really liked and allowed me to soak it all in. I will definitely try this again!
