Liz seems to be a very well balanced instructor, like many of the Ahimsa instructors I have experienced.
The class was well done. They make you feel like the class is for you personally I think that has to do with how well the teacher is prepared for the class. Everyone is super nice. So glad to be back.

The instructors are welcoming to people with all ability levels. I feel more relaxed after the classes.
