Mona is a wonderful teacher. Her practice is accessible and compassionate. She personally greets everyone who shows up. One of fave classes and teachers!

Enjoy the practice but know it doesn't have to be perfect to be valid. She always seems to be on point with the message. I always leave with much more than I came in with. I could not have been perfect that night but forgave myself.šš
