Loved everything about my experience! Teacher, atmosphere, students, energy, class.
Large group for the seminar, and they were well organized for the set up and takedown. The use of aroma and visualization added to the effectiveness of the poses. I left with a intention for the year, and at the end of the session it was quite easy to come up with. I guess my chakras were in tune.
