Laura Lundy's class is an example of why I love Ahimsa. Lots of variety, she demonstrates, explains, and we practice each pose at least twice. She meetsstudents at their individual level and still challenges. Also, her passion for yoga is contagious.
I just love the warm feeling I get when I enter. The staff are professional and ask each person about any injuries.
