The instructor were great, the lication convenient, but does get a little crowded.
Caitlin led a wonderful Restorative class. She's one of my favorite Ahimsa teachers. I lovd her adjustment to my neck. Even though it was a snowy day it was so worth attending class.
I especially like Laura Lundy's Iyengar style classes.
