Ahimsa Yoga Studio in Berwyn has become one of the staples in my life. It offers a variety of classes and great teachers. I tell people about it all the time.
Instructor was wonderful. the eye pillows were not warm at the end of class.
The instructor was friendly, scheduled, informative and her instructions were clear and timely. It was a very pleasant experience.
