One of the main reasons I go to this class, is for the Iyengar discipline. Abby did a very good job, but I'm not sure it was totally Iyengar focused.
Otherwise, she was a very thorough instructor. I would enjoy her teaching another class
It was easy to get to and the class was great. Really enjoyed Mona's sequence.
