Mona's restorative class was sweet perfection. The world needs more of it! The ahimsa community is very welcoming and inclusive. I met a handful of new yogi friends.
My wife and I enjoy the atmosphere the instructors create while we are performing our yoga exercise. I’m a first time yoga participant and the instructors have been very helpful and clear on how the moves should be performed. The place is nice and well kept. The instructors we had had such as Megan, Liz, Christal, Abby have been excellent.
I enjoy the smaller classes that are under 10 people. Some days are a hit or a miss depending the time but when I get to a smaller class I enjoy my time more.

I love Restorative and the fact that it is easily accessible from my home in Riverside. And I especially like Caitlin Coan's classes.
