I recommend Ahimsa to my neighbors and friends! Exceptional teachers. Beautiful spaces to practice.
The instructor was great. Space was clean. Receptionist was welcoming and very helpful. The class was hard for a beginners class but I still enjoyed it and feltlike it was worth it. Excited for my next class and I'm meeting a friend up at it!
Relaxing
I cannot say too many nice things about ahimsa. The instructors are all professional and great at what they do. I love all the classes I take.
