I feel comfortable at Ahimsa Berwyn. The staff is so welcoming and non-judgmental or snobby. Love Laura Lundy's beginners class and others of course but I feel her class has prepared me to be able to feel confident to be able to take other classes.
Instructor made us feel comfortable, easy to talk to . I was nervous at first because I'm new and shy.
