Because facility is very clean and I like the fact how you improvise with props such as blocks and what not for bigger girls that can't do certain poses and stretching techniques!
The teacher was great! I love that I can fit in a class at 6 am before my work start.
I did 2 classes so far, one with Liz S. and one with Caitlin the y both made me feel so comfortable and they were so welcomingš.
Teachers are awesome, helpful, patient, atmosphere is relaxing, calming, studio is clean.
