Ann R. is a phenomenal instructor! I was a little apprehensive when I saw she was our sub for the day due to the fact that she does vinyasa classes and waswondering how much that would influence our beginners class. I found I had nothing to worry about. The class was wonderful!
My class was very small but the instructor still taught it like he had a full room! It was challenging and had a lot of variety.
