It was my first Yoga. It was fabulous. Dr Peters and Brie make a seemless team. They r great leaders due to their expertise! Loved the movement part and the crystal bowls. I was surprised that it was a 2 hr. session. We had some great laughs too. I do wish however that it could b earlier in the day...just feedback. RRT is a part I love about it!
