• The class was absolutely amazing! I'm looking forward to taking more classes. I was having a lot of hip pain before the class and about halfway through my pain was completely gone. I felt great and was energised after the class. The next morning I woke up feeling better than I have in a very long time! It's amazing how your class helps the mind body and spirit.
