What an amazing studio experience. My first class that I took at Zen Yoga was with Ron. He has such an amazing knowledge of the body and is such a great teacher. He is witty, calm, humbling, kind and encouraging. I’ve taken lots of classes throughout my years as a personal trainer and he is the best. The studio is also gorgeous and inviting as is the staff and owner, James. I think I’ve found my yoga family for sure here.

My instructor Ron was great. It was my first visit and he made me feel welcome. The art the tone for a friendly environment for everyone. It felt "safe" to be there, be new to Ariel yoga and trust the flow of the yoga! Beautiful studio, great equipment. Very clean. highly recommended! I rebooked a new class
