• Tatiana was wonderful. She took extra time to work on the knots in my shoulders and neck as well as demonstrate how to stretch, exercise necessary areas, and use a yoga roll at home. She'e also great at conversation without talking too much. I actually started dozing off at the very end of the session. Exactly what I needed. Thanks so much!
