The instructor was very kind and helpful and nice atmosphere except for hwy 49 the traffic noise!
i chose 10 because i was very relaxed and i got to focus on myself during the class . it was very nice
Ashton is a gem of a teacher. I LOVE his restorative classes and would go more often if they were offered. Love the studio lighting, the smell of the incense, and his music!
