I’ve been coming here for over four years and have very much felt like this is where I belong since day one. All the teachers are very caring and always make you feel comfortable. I enjoy every minute i’m here.
Yoga Reclaimed is a full service Yoga studio with caring and knowledgeable instructors in a beautiful and spacious setting. Best of all, the organization offers Ashtanga Yoga instruction, my all-time favorite. There are very few studios in the Northern CA that offer Ashtanga Yoga, and we are blessed to have it available in Auburn. Thank you Ryan and Jamie, Yoga Reclaimed owners.

The owners are on point! Ryan is a bangin' instructor who genuinely cares for his students and the actual practice of Yoga, Jamie is kind, fun and approachable. Studio in clean and not too hot. Prices are affordable.
