Weekly we offer 25+ classes, and a schedule designed with YOU in mind of 3 main class types - Flow, Balance, and Restore. We have infrared heating panels, which offer remarkable health benefits, and they are set up in 3 zones - with the last zone having no added heat. Our team of teachers are dedicated to guide you through class no matter what level of experience you have - we have people come in with zero experience of yoga postures and also those with years of experience on their mat. We believe in the way a yoga practice can balance, strengthen, center and relax the body, as well as the mind. You need only show up.

Sleazy Customer Service. I feel disturbed every time I think of this place. Male teachers especially should always ask female students if they prefer hands on adjustment. That's not the case here. When I mention after class how uncomfortable that was I was nearly yelled at by the owner... ugh...

I just started going here a few months ago and love it! I take the Saturday morning Flow Yoga class with Michael. He is an amazing instructor and provides quite a challenge in each pose. I highly recommend this yoga studio and the Saturday class as well as the many others they offer. I met the owners today, Jamie and Ryan Bailey! Please support them and all the teachers here!

My husband and I are moving to Auburn and were curious about local yoga studios. Really glad to stumble upon the Saturday AM 90 minute class. The owners are extremely welcoming and the instruction has been excellent. The studio itself has a really good energy. We will definitely go back!

Former limber couch potato with NO muscle mass (therefor no muscle resistance) turned into an runner/cross-fitter here. As my fat transformed into muscle, I discovered that I could no longer bend and my body became very taught. After discovering that I become a hunchback when I work out, I decided I needed to be more mindful about adding lengthening and mobility to my healthier lifestyle. In the past month, I've attended a half dozen yoga classes in 4 different styles.
Ryan's Saturday 9:30am class (Balance) has been my favorite by a HUGE margin. As a yoga newbie, I've felt very lost in several classes, including a "basics" class that stated it was "good for beginners". I didn't always feel welcomed or supported, or even noticed. I spent most of my time looking at other members to try to figure out what I needed to do.
Yoga Reclaimed was the most welcoming. Ryan was wonderful in his instruction and humor. He gave us permission to ask questions, to adjust as needed. We moved through a pose, then were offered additional levels of movement to try, to fail, to play with. I loved that today he instructed us to wobble- it felt very freeing to not limit myself an easier pose just to be stable and poised. I loved that he SHOWED us what we were working towards before we tried it, but also showed us many different progressions we could try. With permission to push myself and wobble around, I discovered that my body could achieve significantly more than my mind imagined it could accomplish.
I wish this studio was closer to my home, so I could reasonably attend more often than just Saturdays. Highly highly recommended!!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Brooke D.Walnut Creek, CA02012Jun 8, 2022
Visited for the first time today and had a great experience. I've been out of practice for a couple years and today was my first in studio class since. Ryan was welcoming and very helpful. Walked away impressed with the whole place!

I was in the area for a Saturday morning run and was able to hit up the donation based class Saturday am. Sometimes the donation based classes are not the best as it's usually newer teachers in training who lead it, and I am always apprehensive to try a new yoga studio in general, but I truly could not have been more pleased. Donna led the 90 min class and honestly it was challenging, and not because I had just run 10 miles. It was challenging but a slow building of the fire kind-of challenge and absolutely amazing! I am so glad I was able to attend.
Donna had several different move combinations that I have never done anywhere else. She made everyone at ease- if you wanted more, she gave you more, and if you needed to take a step back you truly could without feeling like you were falling behind. I loved this class. When we made it to final rest I honestly thought 90 minutes has passed already, really? Wow, that flew by. I highly recommend this studio and will be back whenever I am in the area.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - JEN M.Rocklin, CA248503127Dec 30, 2019Updated review
I totally love this place and I have only taken classes with Brit and I enjoy her style and her personality. It's super cute here and I wish the schedule extended more into the evenings because I signed up for a 30 day pass and I barely can even come once a week because of how conflicted my schedule is with theirs. I also just found out through an acquaintance that the owner of this practice worked at East wind for years and that used to be one of the places I go to and still go to occasionaly and love, so even though I have not done yoga with him in this decade I have done yoga with him over a decade ago and he was great then so I'm sure this place has a lot of talent in there!

Such great, positive, grounded, and personalized interactions. This is not a stuffy, strict environment...it is great for beginners like me as well as long-time practicers (is that a word?). You will always be greeted with a smile here!
