I’ve always felt so at home and inspired for the last 4+ years that I have been here. Every teacher and class are the best there is.
The physical practiced is tied to a cognitive journey. The introductory theme is carried throughout the practice.

Because you treat everyone like family and no one ever gets judged when they can’t do what the experienced yogis can do. No one in the studio has a bad attitude and it’s always fun to come.
