This is a great place to come for yogis of all skill levels with a loving community of practitioners. There is a huge diversity of class types and the teachers are able to accommodate the physical needs of any student. Don't hesitate to try something new here, learning Ashtanga with Jamie and Ryan has been mind blowing for me. It's an incredible studio space with a rich community that supports deep exploration and growth.
