Great flow with Mel as usual, and it was great being back for a class in-person! Everything felt very safe, especially because the studio has so much space. Everyone was respectful and diligent about keeping distance (while smiling under our masks!)... and it was just really nice to practice with others and to feel others' positivity and energy.
