You are all stars, I’ve especially appreciated Chelsea, Tracy, Gord and Kristin getting us all through this last year with flexibility and incredible online and in studio classes when they have been available ♥️

Atmosphere and instruction.
Every class is so well planned, so authentic, full of care and I feel that I am really part of a loving community. I think the instructors are very dedicated to guiding you through the best experience and practice that they can. Everytime I walk through the door I feel so welcome and happy and very much at home.
