I am SO HAPPY to be able to participate in yoga programs away from home again! Conducting a practice at home is just not the same as being able to attend a LIVE class. Plus, Meno is such a gifted instructor - always attentive to the needs of his participants and able to provide a range of routines to meet the level of capabilities of those in is class.
