First visit—Outstanding location, enjoyed evening
Jaime's prenatal class is very welcoming. She creates a calming environment and offers both mental and physical preparation for birth and motherhood.
We were in the attic and it was a little cooler then was comfortable especially for Yin yoga where you're not moving a lot. Also aesthetically wallhangings might be nice
The instructor was very mindful that everyone in the class was at different places in their practice and catered to all. Also assisted with poses. No one feels dumb for not knowing how to do something.
I love how relaxed it is. I can still be a learner.
