The prenatal yoga teacher went out of her way to make everyone comfortable and make sure everyone had any aches or pains or difficulties accommodated. It felt like a very warm place where you could genuinely express what's going on with you physically and emotionally and I cannot wait to go back next week.

I have been to many local studios and this one is my favorite. I love the vibe and the variety of classes and i have loved all the instructors. It's affordable and close to home too. I also love that you guys provide mats and other supplies. Thank you!
