Megan is authentic and insightful, I have come away from each class with a better understanding , she is truly gifted.
I really like the instructors Jen/ Elaine. The classes are a good workout and I envy the space
It was small enough class and personally for me it's close to my house. The instruction was very clear and easy to follow

First yoga experience so have nothing to compare it to, but found Ms. Gardner to be encouraging and the restorative class to be just the right pace for a beginner. I can definitely see the benefits of continuing.
