I enjoyed the experience, felt I got a fair amount of individual attention and that the instructor was very sensitive to my special concerns. I could HEAR everything that was said in GunBarrel (tho the So. side of the studio was empty) which I haven't been able to hear at the Table Mesa location

I loved it! I’m just bummed that it was my first class there and I found out that vinyasa will no longer be offered at the Gunbarrel location.
