Very welcoming,. The yoga instructor was so knowledgeable and really showed me how to be in the correct posture. Loved that there were no mirrors so you really had to focus on each move.

avita is a wonderful practice; i sometimes enjoy the more intimate class sizes in Gunbarrel.

i like the classes with lots of hip work. i don’t like the classes that are all neck.
