I had no idea what kind of class I was about to take other than the description was everything that I needed! Jane was so warm and welcoming... the class was everything and more. I was visiting from out of town from Indiana and also a yoga teacher. I will be back ASAP and to take another class and hopefully Training... Jane mentioned a teacher Training for a Avita yoga! In the meantime I’ll rave about my experience with Jane and yoga loft!! Thanks
