• I love yoga lab with one exception: the woman in the 9am class who thinks it is an interactive class. Constantly responding to teachers comments and the repetitive "wooooweeee!!!!!s". You should know several other yogis are turned off by her exclamations as well. I have one friend who now avoids the 9am.
