• I am a yoga teacher. The teachers at Yoga Lab are well trained and knowledgeable. They know how to teach a class and modify for a student who might be new to practice and didn’t understand the pose. Additionally when you walk in the people at the front desk are very professional and friendly. Also the Practice Studio is warm with great energy. To sum this up it’s a great place to practice Yoga Namaste’ 🙏😘❤️🌈🕉 Yoga Bob
