• I was in area for 2 weeks visiting family and searched for a studio. I have practiced yoga for 15+yrs and joined a local hot yoga studio(not Bikram) a year ago. I am hooked on the benefits of the heat. We don't have a power yoga class I really enjoyed the combination of power and warmth. The 3 different instructors that I had were all excellent. The flow in the classes was terrific and sensible. The motivation was superb and the individuality of everyone's practice was obvious and wonderful. I felt welcomed and comfortable. Yoga at its best. I can't wait to come back. I am going to suggest a power class at my local studio
